Synopsis of Rounds
The Judges consist of 4 persons and they will assess candidates’ performance base on individual performance even they are as a team.
Each of team is composed by 2 persons and they will make presentation performance before Judges.
They will be given time enough for preparation include synchronize talks each other and also they will not have expert support and animation frames in their performance, or we could say that in the Judges Audition they will make presentation performance by their own style and idea.
Each of the team would be controlled by DBMS (Database Management System) includes their turns in the competition presentation.
Presentation performance in the Judges Audition would be recorded and will be used as proof to make decision for candidates, also beside that there’s a Judges’ Notes as a supporting factor to assess the candidate.
In the last session on that day, there’s a Meeting Determination between Judges and Stakeholder TV Company to select each of candidate that has the best performance and fit for the next rounds base on Recording performance and the Judges’ Note.
Meeting Determination will release a list of which candidate passed the selection test and this list will be used by Call Clerk to deliver decisions to the candidates. The call only for candidates who pass the Judges Audition.
In delivering the Call, the situation will be recorded as Reality Show and will be used as stock shots for broadcasting the competition.
In each day of Judges Audition, there are 100 candidates would be assessed or equal with 50 teams, and this Rounds will take place for five days and on the 6th day there will be broadcasting of the event where the content is stock shots that recorded during the selection process. 189 candidates should be selected from the Judges Audition.
The formal stage for competition presentation must be ready from this rounds and it will be used for the first time by host to make announcement of Competition Presentation officially which be performed “live” on television.
Show Treatment
· There are three segments for the Selection Show with duration: 20 minutes.
· There are 3 spots of TV Commercials (TVC) with duration: 3 minutes.
· Official announcement by Host (male & female), duration: 6 minutes.
· Approximately of Broadcast time is 75 minutes.
